Textured Walls

Now that we’ve moved in, I’ve been a bit preoccupied with what to put on our walls. Well, I need to unpack first, but hanging artwork is on my radar.

Maybe that’s why I seem to be spotting interesting textured walls all over the place – these walls are decorative in their own right and don’t need any extras at all. From fur wallpaper to wide plank wood, who said walls can’t be a bit more ornamental?

House Tour: Designer Sarah Lavoine’s Paris Apartment

Marie Claire Maison recently featured the home of interior designer, Sarah Lavoine. I love the overall feel of her home. No surprise that I’m into the grey walls. But I also love the kitchen – I normally like a bit of a cleaner space, but in this kitchen I particularly love that all the utensils are on display. It feels like a real working space. Beautiful.
